We write press releases and communications material, we arrange and hold press conferences and launches, as well as organize media activities at festivals, on film sets and at all kinds of different arts and entertainment events.

Project Management:
We take on development projects and follow developments closely from concept to final presentation and conclusion. We work closely with clients to draw up plans, schedules and budgets, as well as organize pilot projects and specifications. We also outsource to our expert business partners on projects, if necessary. We are ultimately in charge of all our projects and are responsible for drafting status reports and making professional appraisals.

Market communications:
We draw up marketing plans outlining corporate strategy and target group definitions, budgeting marketing costs and tactics, as well as introducing measures concerning business partners, media tactics and communication with the general public.

Building relations and skills:

We create, manage and maintain websites for our clients. We publish press releases, media clips and pictures showing developments within specific projects in a dedicated section on our website. Clients whose projects call for more detailed web presentation are free to publish and edit their own material online directly on to our website, or develop their own site using a web publishing tool called MYLDER.

Management:
The arts brokers at Kulturmeglerne provide services for corporate consultancy, contractual negotiations, handling the media as well as providing booking services for artists, actors and musicians.
