Atli Bjarnason

Atli Bjarnason has for the past several years worked with marketing of the film festivals Films From the South, Oslo Pix, Arab Film Days and The Norwegian Short Film Festival. He was previously Marketing Director at the film distributors Selmer Media and Another World Entertainment, during which time he worked on large number of theatrical releases. He served as Head of Programming for Arab Film Days in 2022. He holds a master’s degree in Media Studies, and was a freelance journalist and film critic for many years, writing for Montages and NATT&DAG, among others.
